After placing my order, when and how is my guitar shipped and what is the return policy?
Upon receiving your order, the guitar will be shipped from our Florida shop) via UPS within 1-2 days. Pick up installations or modifications may require 2-4 days. We have a seven-day return policy if for any reason you are not satisfied. You must call 321- 264-7310 for a “return authorization number” and pay return shipping.
